You cannot go wrong with a loaded baked potato. I absolutely love the mix of cheese and bacon in this starchy spud.
1 T olive oil
kosher salt
toppings of choice: bacon, cheese, sour cream, butter, chives
Prick the potatoes with a fork several times and rub potato with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and wrap tightly with foil. Place the potatoes in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 4.5 hours or on low 8 hours. Cut open and load them up!
