Rigatoni

I remember growing up eating rigatoni! And now I have a special recipe for it that is all mine!

You need:
Best meat sauce ever
1 lb rigatoni (I like whole wheat), cooked
1 block of mozzarella, sliced thin
8 oz.+ bag shredded mozzarella
best quality parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Begin layering the above ingredients in a GREASED 9X13 baking dish.

Begin your first layer by using 1/2 of the rigatoni. Next, place many pieces of your thinly sliced cheese on top of the rigatoni. Spoon generous helping of sauce over top until covered. Sprinkle 1/2 of your shredded mozzarella and some parmesan cheese. Cover with remaining rigatoni. Cover with more sauce (you will probably have extra--use that extra sauce for serving). Finally, sprinkle more mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake in oven 20-22 minutes. Cool for about 12 minutes.
