Holy Coyote these kale chips are wonderful!! Best news yet, they are a healthy alternative that have great crispiness! I will admit, at first, I wasn't sure I liked them, but noticed I kept going back for more. So give them a GO! I hope you end up liking them!!
~2 C fresh kale, stems removed
1 t olive oil
1/2 t salt
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, lightly massage kale, olive oil, and salt until well combined. On two cookie sheets, line kale up so it is in one layer. Cook for 15 minutes. Indulge!
