If you love cucumbers and dill, or even if you don't, this salad is mm mm good!!
4 cucumbers, or 2 seedless
1 small onion, sliced thin
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper
Boil vinegar, sugar, and water. Set aside to cool. Slice cucumbers and onions. Add them to bowl with dill. Generously season with salt and pepper. Pour liquid overtop. Stir. Refrigerate for one hour.
