Easy Homemade Cheesecake

1 1/4 C crushed graham crackers
1/4 C sugar 
1/4 C melted butter

1. Combine all ingredients using fingers or fork until blended. Grease a spring form pan with spray. Cover sides and bottom with mixture. It should be about 1'' from top and be very smooth and compact.

Cheesecake (1st layer):
1 pound cream cheese
1/2 C sugar
3 medium eggs or 2 large
1/2 t salt
1/2 t vanilla

1. Combine all ingredients with electric mixer until smooth about 2-3 minutes. Pour into pan. Spread until smooth and uniform. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes. Raise temperature of oven to 475 degrees. Prepare other filling below while you wait.

Cheesecake (2nd layer):
1 pint sour cream
1/2 C sugar
1 t vanilla

1. Mix until smooth. Pour on top of cooled cheesecake and cook for 10 minutes in oven. Cool. Refrigerate.
