Italian Sausage Sub

 
 
This is a really quick dinner that I resort to sometimes. The only difficulty in serving this is finding the best Italian mild sausage that packs a lot of flavor. Simply going with Johnsonville doesn't do the job for this meal.
 
 
You need:
the best Italian mild sausage you can find
the best and freshest sub rolls
6 in 1 tomato sauce
roasted red peppers
roasted onions
 
It is pretty self-explanatory on how you put this together. Cook sausage for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Warm rolls and place sausage in the middle. Top with sauce, peppers and onions.
