Add any toppings to this easy dough recipe.
2 1/2 C all purpose flour
1 envelope rapid rise yeast
3/4 t salt
1 C very warm water
cornmeal
1. Combine 2 C of flour, yeast, and salt. Mix in water. Add remaining flour and combine until dough pulls from the edge of bowl. Knead for 4-5 minutes until smooth, elastic dough is formed. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll or pull out to the desired size and shape. Add cornmeal on a pizza stone or pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook for 15-25 minutes.
