1 rack of baby back ribs, cut into sections
1/4 C dry rub- 1/4 C dry rub-1/4 C brown sugar, 2 t chili powder, 2 t paprika, 1 t salt, 1 t dry mustard. 1 t dry oregano, 1/2 t garlic powder, 1/2 t onion powder, 1/4 t ground pepper
bbq sauce
1. remove the silver film from the ribs with a paper towel.
2. Season the ribs with dry rub.
3. Place 1 C of cold water into the instant pot. Place a steamer inside. Place ribs on top of steamer. Cook at high pressure for 16 minutes to 25 minutes. 16 minutes for tender with a chewy bite or 25 for fall-apart. Allow for a natural release. TURN OFF THE HEAT.
4. Apply your sauce and cook in the oven at 450 for 10 minutes.
