On Saturday mornings, I love to stir up some crepes with whatever fruit I have on hand! Usually its strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. They are very easy to make and quite delicious! You can serve them hot or cold. I actually prefer them cold.
1 C flour
1/2 C milk
1/2 C water
1/4 t salt
2 T butter, melted
Whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt and butter, beat until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle. Use 1/4 C for each crepe. Cook ~2 min. per side until golden.
