Sausage N Egg Casserole

Breakfast at the Peterson household this morning was absolutely satisfying! Perfect for my guests! (My sisters are in town from Ohio!!!) I've been making this a couple of years now and it has always been a favorite!

1 lb ground pork sausage
1 t powdered mustard
1/2 t salt
4 eggs beaten
2 cups milk
6 slices white bread, toasted and cut into cubes
8 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese

1. Crumble sausage into a skillet & drain after browned.
2. In a medium bowl, mix mustard powder, salt, eggs & milk. Add the sausage, bread cubes & cheese. Stir to coat evenly. Pour into a greased 9X13 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight 8 hours.
3. Cook at 350 for 45-60 minutes, covered. Reduce heat to 325 and bake for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.
