BBQ Short Ribs

These babies have a true BBQ flavor. They are really easy to prepare and pretty darn delicious!


1 lbs short ribs
BBQ sauce recipe (our favorite!!):
1 C ketchup
1/4 C soy sauce
1/4 C honey
1 T yellow mustard
1/4 C packed light brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced, I crush mine
1 1/2 T lemon juice

Mix ingredients in a small saucepan and cook for 20 minutes over low heat, stirring often. Let cool. In a ziplock storage bag, place short ribs and then pour the cooled BBQ sauce over. Close ziplock bag and spread sauce evenly over all ribs. Remove any extra air in the bag. Store in the refrigerator overnight. Grill on low heat until done.
