Get your SALSA on

Do you happen to love the salsa at your local mexican restaurant?!! This is pretty darn close to the flavor you may love! It's restaurant style salsa...and it is absolutely AMAZING!!! Thank you Pioneer Woman!!




Restaurant Style Salsa

1 28-oz can whole tomatoes
2 10-oz cans rotel (one original and one mild flavor)
1/2 C chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 whole jalapeno (sliced thin)
1/2 t sugar
1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground cumin
1/2 C cilantro
juice from 1/2 lime

Combine all ingredients in a food processor (or blender, but you may have to do it in batches). Pulse 7-8X or til desired consistency. Refrigerate. Indulge. Enjoy.

Our favorite brand tortilla chips are the Tostidas multi-grain.
