Kick that rhubarb kick


This is what you call Rhubarb Delicious. And it is just that--delicious!

Dough-
1 C flour
1 C walnuts
5 T powered sugar
1/2 C butter, softened

topping-
3 eggs
1 C sugar
1/4 C flour
2 C rhubarb, chopped

Mix flour, nuts, butter and powdered sugar and press in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Meanwhile stir together the eggs, sugar, flour and rhubarb and pour over baked crust. Put back into the oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
