This brisket knocked our socks off! I honestly can't believe this came from my kitchen. God bless Pioneer Woman!
2 cans beef consomme
1/2 C lemon juice

1 1/2 C soy sauce
5 cloves chopped garlic
2 T liquid smoke
10 lbs beef brisket

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a disposable roasting pan. Place brisket in the marinade, fat side up. Cover tightly with foil. Marinate in the fridge for 24-48 hours. When ready to cook, place pan with the foil still on into a 300 degree oven. Cook 40 minutes per pound.

When fork tender, transfer whole brisket to a cutting board and cut against the grain and place back into the liquid. Serve with your favorite BBQ sauce!
