Pressure Cooker Wings

Eric loves these wings. I like my wings crispy, but Eric likes them soft and falling off the bone. These pressure cooker wings are fall-apart. Use your favorite sauce and you've got wings for a sporty party or just for sticky fingers!

1 C water
2 lbs chicken wings
your sauce of choice

1. Pour 1 cup of cold water into the pressure cooker. Place a steamer basket inside. Add the chicken wings. Cook at high pressure for 5 minutes and do a full natural release.
2. Remove wings and pat them completely dry. Toss the wings with 1/2 C of sauce. Place wings in a single layer on a wire rack in a baking tray. Bake for 8 to 15 minutes at 450.
