My good good friend Tenisha gave me this one folks & we absolutely love it!
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded/cubed
2 pkg chicken noodles (Ramen or Japanese brand)
1 pkg coleslaw
3/4 cup canola oil
4 T sugar
5 T vinegar
2 chicken seasoning packets from ramen noodles **or I have used 3 chicken bouillon cubes & chopped them up until powdery
Cook chicken (bake at 400 for 25 min). Cool. Shred or cube. Mix in coleslaw. Prepare seasonings in a small bowl. Pour over chicken and slaw. Toss. Add the crunchy noodles at the end so they stay crunchy. It is even good without the noodles!!
