Ina Garten's Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Brussel sprouts have made their comeback. I grew up never trying brussel sprouts, but I tried them once and a teenager and hated them. However, because of the hype of how much potential they have, in recent years, I've set out to make them right and make them tasty. This recipe requires low effort and makes my taste buds happy.

Brussel sprouts
Olive oil
Kosher salt

1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
2. Toss brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, less if you are making a small batch. Give the pan a shake every now and then for even cooking.
