Corn Casserole

This is super super yummy!! Not super super healthy, but makes for an excellent side in place of something like cornbread. 

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 package jiffy corn muffin mix
1 C sour cream
4 T butter, melted
1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese.

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Mix together corn, jiffy mix, sour creme and stir in the cheese. Pour into baking dish and cook 55-65 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
